Did you purchase an order on final sale at an incredible price, but it just wasn't the right fit? Read more to learn how to return and receive a store credit on a final sale order with Dona Jo.

What is "final sale"? How do I know I bought a final sale item?

Markdown items are considered final sale and have special conditions for returns. These items have a "Sale" banner on their product page and are marked down to a $.50 price at checkout.

Final sale items are not eligible for a free return label, but can be sent back to our fulfillment center with your preferred carrier for a refund to store credit.

How do I return an item that was on final sale?

Email us at [email protected] with the subject line Final Sale / [Your Order Number] and let us know which item(s) you are returning for a store credit.

Mail your package to our fulfilment center (see address at the end of the article) with your preferred carrier, including the original order confirmation or the packing slip. Returned items must be unworn and still have their original tags attached or included in the shipment to be eligible as per our returns policy.

Once your return has been received and processed, we will send you an email with an electronic gift card code as a store credit. Please allow 7-10 business days for this process.
