My exchange or replacement still doesn't fit. What can I do?Updated a month ago

How to Exchange (Again!)

As stated in our returns policy, Dona Jo provides one free return label per eligible order for our customers to exchange or refund their products. Hence, further exchanges are not given a free shipping label and must be sent to our fulfillment center with the customer's preferred carrier.

If you'd like to exchange an order that was already exchanged or obtain a store credit for your original purchase, please email our team with the subject line Extra Exchange / [Your Order Number] informing your desired outcome.

Returned items must be unworn, still have their original tags attached, and be shipped with the original packing slip in order to be processed.
